1. All the services that MissionBuy offers are based on publications by users. Users will have limited free services during the months of January 2007 to May 2007 as part of a MissionBuy promotion campaign.. The type of currency to use for publications and corresponding payments will be the American Dollar ($).
2. All the services that MissionBuy offers are based on publications of the users in the languages of English or Spanish.
3. All the publications made by the users will be responsibility of such and will be subject to all applicable local, state and International laws.
4. All User´s publications are subject to review by MissionBuy. Publications of products and services prohibited by law are not permitted and will be removed at the descretion of MissionBuy.
5. MissionBuy and/or the Client will be able to end publication contract for any reason with 30 days advance notice.
6. - Publications pending publication will be reviewed within 3 days of posting excluding week-ends and federal holidays. For postings that require revisions, users will be notified by email by MissionBuy for recommended changes..
7. - The nomenclature (name of the image), weight (Kb) and measured (Pixels) of the images will have to be limited by the users to avoid slowing the performance of the Webpage. Images that impede normal functioning of the webpage will be removed without notice so as not to jeopardize other users.

8. Each USER agrees to the condition that they will publishing their products and services according to their published agreements for their webpages, that are subscribing and paying.
9. The prices of the Services that MissionBuy offers are for users who are individuals, small and medium-sized companies of fewer than 100 employees. Companies of greater than 50 employees shall contact MissionBuy to discuss service options.
10. For special conditions of publications from the user; the user will contact MissionBuy directly for more information.
11. MissionBuy does not take responsibility by damages caused by the published information of the users with respect to prices, payments, contracts, agreements, amount, quality, quality, state or any other of Products and/or Services.

15. 16. All maintenance or improvement that the user wished to make to the Gratuitous Pages Web or the Electronic Business Card once finished and published will have an additional cost, for which the user will have to ask for a quotation to MissionBuy.
-Modes of payment
1. The users will be able to make their payments by means of I against the account deposit banking or any other indicated mode of payment in the option Our Services.
